Transfer digitaler Innovationen in die Schulpraxis

Abstract

Die Implementation empirisch erfolgreich evaluierter digitaler Innovationen in den Unterricht gelingt häufig nicht nachhaltig. Als Transferbarrieren werden u.a. Strukturen der Schule, Persönlichkeitsmerkmale von Lehrkräften und Passung von Material zum Unterricht genannt. Die vorliegende Evaluationsstudie untersucht, welche dieser Barrieren sich empirisch bestätigen bzw. inwiefern sie sich durch didaktische Konzepte minimieren lassen. Die Studie baut auf ein entwickeltes Blended-Learning-Konzept zur Beurteilung der Gewässergüte auf, dessen Fokus auf der digitalen Vor- und Nachbereitung einer Experimentiereinheit liegt. Empirisch wurden in zwei Teilstudien strukturelle und persönliche Voraussetzungen der Lehrkräfte (N=75) sowie motivationale und kognitive Aspekte der Interaktion der Schüler:innen (N=146) mit den Materialien untersucht. Die Datenerhebung erfolgte mittels leitfadengestützter Interviews (Lehrkräfte) sowie einer Fragebogenerhebung zu drei Testzeitpunkten (Schüler:innen). Die postulierten Transferbarrieren konnten expliziert werden. Hohe Lehrbelastung und fehlende Technik in Schulen können seitens der Lehrkräfte hinderlich sein. Dennoch werden virtuelle Labore von Schüler:innen kognitiv effektiv genutzt und können so den Transfer fördern. Darüber hinaus leisten konkrete Kriterien für implementationsförderliche didaktische Konzepte (z.B. Adaptierbarkeit, Feedback) einen Beitrag zum integrativen curricularen Einsatz digitaler Medien in der naturwissenschaftlichen Bildung.
