Общественная оценка деятельности российской полиции в социальных медиа (на примере Магаданской области)

Abstract

Важную роль в оценке деятельности полиции играют социальные медиа, которые предоставляют социально значимую информацию. Несмотря на многочисленность публикаций по этой проблематике, практически отсутствуют исследования по изучению степени влияния транслируемых данных на формирование общественного мнения в оценке работы полиции. Целью данного исследования является анализ тональности содержательной интерпретации числовых закономерностей информации в социальных медиа и сети Интернет о деятельности органов внутренних дел Магаданской области в условиях пандемии коронавируса. Для изучения проблемы был проведен контент-анализ 208 текстовых и видео-массивов медиаресурсов в сети Интернет. В результате исследования выявлены характеристики информационной среды, представленной контентом в социальных сетях и блогосфере, в аспекте влияния на общественное мнение о криминогенной обстановке и деятельности сотрудников полиции Магаданской области. Полученные результаты вносят вклад в развитие социальных институтов, включая совершенствование деятельности полиции.
