Using a Visual Programming Environment to Calculate Catenary System Mode of a Mining Enterprise

Abstract

The article deals with the study of power distribution in the railway transport quarry power supply network. The analysis of methods of catenary power flow distribution calculation is carried out. The study of power flow distribution instantaneous catenary schemes using the known methods of closed networks calculation. On the basis of the analysis a traction network operation modes, complexity of specified method use in the conditions of change a loading (electric locomotive) connection point is noted. Taking into account the schemes of network elements substitution in the visual programming environment, a model of traction catenary has been developed. An experimental study on the calculation of the mining industry traction catenary. The data of energy indicators in the catenary nodes and the secondary voltage buses of the traction substations transformers are obtained.
