Анотація. Професійна культура зазнає регулярних змін: природа професії вимагає постійного удосконалення їїтеоретичної бази та модернізації способів виконання професійних завдань. Разом із тим, зміни, що відбуваються впрофесійній культурі сьогодні, вирізняються своїм масштабом, глибиною та високою динамікою і викликані, переважно,результатами глобалізації, впливом вестернізації (американізації) на організаційний контекст професійної діяльності тарозвитком технологій. Дія цих факторів також визначає й основні тенденції трансформації професійної культури.Виявленню таких тенденцій присвячена дана стаття.
