Abstract

В статье приведенные результаты анализа частоты и эффективности применения инструментальных диагностических обследований у пациентов, подлежавших проведению малоинвазивных и открытых урологических операционных вмешательств. Изучено течение болезни в 102 больных с кистами, камнями и опухолями почек. Сопоставлена клиническая и экономическая оценка рентгенологических, ультрасонографических и видеоэндоскопических методик.

The article presents the results of analysis of frequency and efficiency of instrumental diagnostic examinations in patients with low-invasive and open urology operations. The clinical course of deseases in 102 patients with cysts, stones and tumours of kidneys was studied. The clinical and economic efficasy assessement of roentgenologic, ultrasonographic and videoendoscopic methods were compared.

У статті наведені результати аналізу частоти та ефективності застосування інструментальних діагностичних обстежень у пацієнтів, що підлягали малоінвазивним та відкритим урологічним операційним втручанням. Вивчено перебіг хвороби у 102 пацієнтів із кістами, каменями та пухлинами нирок. Зіставлена клінічна та економічна оцінка рентгенологічних, ультрасонографічних та відеоендоскопічних методик.
