PECULIARITIES IN CHOOSING OF TREATMENT TACTICS IN PATIENTS WITH FOCAL STERILE PANCREATIC NECROSIS

Abstract

A comparative analysis of treatment of 62 patients with focal sterile in the second phase of acute pancreatitis, which are divided into two groups. To control group included 24 patients whose treatment was carried out according to current standards. The main group consisted of 38 patients who used the optimized therapeutic approach. It is established that the use of the proposed approaches to optimization tactics and surgical treatment of focal sterile pancreatic necrosis has reduced the incidence of postoperative complications by 29.7%, accelerate the the normalization of clinical and laboratory parameters and reduce the duration of inpatient treatment in average 5 bed-days.
