Takotsuba syndrome

Abstract

In the article questions of prevalence, etiology and pathogenesis, clinic, instrumental diagnostics of Takotsubo syndrome (TTS) are considered. Based on the recommendations of the Heart Failure Association of the European Society of Cardiology (HFA ESC) diagnostic criteria, stratification of the risk of TTS patients and the main approaches in the treatment of this disease are proposed.

В статье рассмотрены вопросы распространенности, этиологии и патогенеза, клиники, инструментальной диагностики синдрома Такотсубо (ТТС). На основании рекомендаций Ассоциации сердечной недостаточности Европейского общества кардиологов (HFA ESC) предложены диагностические критерии, стратификация риска пациентов ТТС и основные подходы к лечению данного заболевания.

У статті розглянуто питання поширеності, етіології і патогенезу, клініки, інструментальної діагностики синдрому Такотсубо (ТТС). На підставі рекомендацій Асоціації серцевої недостатності Європейського товариства кардіологів (HFA ESC) запропоновані діагностичні критерії, стратифікація ризику пацієнтів з ТТС і основні підходи щодо лікування даного захворювання.
