Abstract

Рассмотрены особенности реализованного проекта реставрации здания Арсенала в Нижегородском кремле – объекта культурного наследия федерального значения. Показано, что в основе концепции реставрации лежали принципы научности и подлинности, максимального сохранения параметров и исторического облика Арсенала, его эстетической и исторической ценности. Показана обоснованность реставрационного вмешательства и всех планировочных решений, которые позволили сохранить и раскрыть историко-культурную ценность объекта, улучшить его эксплуатационные качества, создать условия для современного использования здания и обеспечить публичную доступность объекта культурного наследия.
