Abstract

В статье исследуется нормативный контекст преступности в сфере информационно-телекоммуникационных (IT) технологий и сети Интернет. Автором приводится практика судов Забайкальского края, раскрывается потребность в совместной работе правоохранительных органов с телекоммуникационными компаниями, привлечении профессиональных организаций, внесено предложение о введении в Уголовный кодекс РФ дополнительного обстоятельства, отягчающего наказание.
