Abstract

За последние полвека в архитектуре утвердилось свободное, интуитивное проектирование «без правил», основанное на фантазии, интуиции и подражании модным рендерам. По мере размывания традиционных представлений о гармонии, порядке и целесообразности единственным «твёрдым» регулятором проектного процесса остаются строительные нормативы и градостроительные регламенты. Проблема отсутствия критериев формообразования тормозит развитие теории и отрицательно влияет на процесс обучения. В этих условиях К. Александер и Н. Салингарос предлагают стройнуютеорию архитектуры, опирающуюся на закономерности природного порядка. В настоящей статье рассмотрены 15 основныхприродных свойств, которые интуитивно восприняла традиционная архитектура, но которые были полностью преодоленыв архитектуре последних ста лет.
