Kharakteristika regiona kak sotsial'no-ekonomicheskoi sistemy

Abstract

В научной литературе и нормативных документах отсутствует единое понятие региона. Однако региональные исследования независимо от их объекта требуют уточнения определения понятия «регион», так как именно правильное категориальное определение данного понятия позволяет говорить о точных границах исследования и, соответственно, выводах о преодолении региональных дисбалансов, которые формируются в их результате. Цель исследования заключается в определении факторов, оказывающих влияние на формирование содержательной характеристики региона как социально-экономической системы. В результате автором предложен системный поход к рассмотрению региона, который определяет его в качестве постоянно развивающейся однородной системы, с многофункциональной ролью, выявлены новые факторы влияния, обозначенные хронотопными свойствами и темпоральными особенностями.
