
The mathematic model, which is allowed us to give a scientific substantiation to the automated method of definition of parameters of a rail circuit on electro-motive force in locomotive coils proportional to a current in rails, was elaborated. The hardware-software complex was developed to realization of proposed method of definition of parameters of rail circuit. It is established on the base of car - laboratory.
