Analysis of approaches concerning scientific and scientific-technical functioning managing system information and automation

Abstract

Prospective approaches, which would find their implementation in the managing systems computerization and automation are analyzed in the article. Also the problems in the field of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine information and the approaches of their solution are identified and specific directions of the scientific-research organization automation are defined.
