Simulation and approximation of dependence of the current of the high voltage glow discharge electron gun from the voltage on the coil of electromagnetic valve as the element of a gas-dynamic control system

Abstract

In the article, the method of numerical calculation of dependence of the current of a high voltage glow discharge electron gun from the parameters of the electromagnetic valve as the element of a gas-dynamic control system is considered. The analytical relation has been obtained which allows to approximate with the high accuracy the dependence of the current of an electron gun from the voltage on the coil of an electromagnetic valve. Obtained results are very interesting to the engineers in the area of designing of electron-beam equipment.

Рассмотрен метод численного расчета зависимости тока электронной пушки высоковольтного тлеющего разряда от параметров электромагнитного натекателя как элемента газодинамической системы управления. Найдено аналитическое соотношение, с помощью которого можно с высокой точностью аппроксимировать зависимость тока пушки от напряжения на обмотке электромагнитного натекателя. Полученные результаты представляют интерес для проектировщиков электронно-лучевого технологического оборудования.

Розглянуто спосіб числового розрахунку залежності струму електронної гармати високовольтного тліючого розряду від параметрів електромагнітного натікача як елемента газодинамічної системи керування. Знайдено аналітичне співвідношення, за допомогою якого можна з високою точністю апроксимувати залежність струму гармати від напруги на обмотці електромагнітного натікача. Отримані результати становлять інтерес для проектувальників електронно-променевого технологічного обладнання.
