ФЕНОМЕН СЕТЕВОЙ ДИПЛОМАТИИ В СИСТЕМЕ МЕЖДУНАРОДНЫХ ОТНОШЕНИЙ (НА ПРИМЕРЕ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ)

Abstract

В статье проведен анализ феномена «сетевая дипломатия» на примере внешнеполитического курса Российской Федерации. Рассмотрены факторы, способствующие переходу от дипломатии «блокового формата» к сетевой дипломатии. Изучено взаимодействие РФ с другими участниками международного сообщества на уровне отдельных государств и организаций. Показаны инструменты внешней политики РФ под углом постулатов «сетевой дипломатии». Обращается внимание на неоднозначность применения «сетевой дипломатии» во внешнеполитической сфере Российской Федерации.
