Managing of Change Streams in Projects of Development Distributed Information Systems

Abstract

The IT project models in the development of distributed information systems using cloud technologies are proposed for consideration. Concepts definitions, their relationship in the effects of turbulent dynamic changes are given. A process model has been proposed for a proactive approach for managing changes in IT projects.
