A block iterative algorithm is proposed to solve electromagnetic scattering problems involving multi object scatters. The problem is formulated using a hybrid method, which combines the generalized multipole technique (GMT), and the method of moments (MoM). The proposed algorithm shows a very fast convergence, mainly when the iteration is performed in an adequate sequence. This sequence can be easily found using empirical rules based on geometrical considerations. Some results are presented in order to show the efficiency and accuracy of the proposed method.
