New findings of vascular plants on the Putorana Plateau

Abstract

A list of new floristic finds in the northwest and north of the Putorana Plateau (Taimyrsky Municipal District of the Krasnoyarsk Territory – TMR), encountered in 2021–2022 during the work on the flora inventory program of the Putorana Nature Reserve in the vicinity of the mouth of the Tonel River (Lake Nakomyaken) and Lake Duluk, is provided. As a result of the survey, 9 species new to TMR – Carex vesicaria, Chamaerhodos grandiflora, Dactylorhiza fuchsii, Diphasiastrum × issleri, Drosera anglica, Listera cordata, Mentha arvensis, Pyrola media, Salix pseudopentandra, and 7 species new to the Putorana Plateau (Carex krausei, Eriophorum gracile, Eritrichium arctisibiricum, Rumex sibiricus, Thesium refractum, Urtica angustifolia, Viola mauritii) were found. Also, new locations of 28 taxa rare for plateau and TMR were noted, including 7 taxa listed in the Red Data Book of the Krasnoyarsk Territory – Botrychium multifidum, Cardamine microphylla, Carex supina subsp. spaniocarpa, Eritrichium sericeum, Oxytropis czekanowskii, O. putoranica, O. tichomirovii. An annotated list, including all the mentioned taxa is given.
