İlahiyat Fakültesi Öğrencilerinin Öğretmen Öz-yeterlik İnançları

Abstract

Bu çalışmada İlahiyat Fakültesi öğrencilerinin öğretmen öz-yeterliklerinin araştırma değişkenlerine göre incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklem grubunu 2023-2024 akademik yılı bahar döneminde Sivas Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi İlahiyat Fakültesi’ne devam eden 310 (214 kadın 96 erkek) öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma betimsel tarama modeline göre yürütülmüş ve çalışmada random örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın verilerinin toplanmasında Çolak, Altınkurt ve Yorulmaz tarafından geliştirilen dört faktörlü bir yapıya sahip olan “Öğretmen Öz-yeterlik İnancı Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda İlahiyat Fakültesi öğrencilerinin öğretmen öz-yeterliklerinin ölçeğin toplam puanı ile mesleki ve sosyal öz-yeterlik alt faktörlerinde yüksek, akademik ve entelektüel öz-yeterlik alt faktörlerinde ise orta düzeyde olduğu belirlenmiştir. Katılımcıların öğretmen öz-yeterlik ölçeğinden aldıkları puanlarda kadın katılımcılar lehine anlamlı farklılık saptanmıştır (p
