У статті розкрито зміст ключових компетенцій, окреслено шляхи й етапи їх формування на заняттях з іноземної мови. Доведено, що зміст ключових компетенцій визначається низкою соціально-комунікативних та професійно-комунікативних умінь, способів комунікативної поведінки, рішенням проблемних завдань в умовах соціально- і професійно-орієнтованих ситуацій спілкування.
