Abstract

Stellvertretung und Anwaltschaft sind grundlegende Aspekte sonderpädagogischen Handelns. Die Arbeit diskutiert kritisch ihre fachwissenschaftliche Fundierung und weist hier auf die mangelnde theoretische Tragfähigkeit hin. Diese kann hergestellt werden, wenn Stellvertretung in einem ersten Schritt über das erzieherische Verhältnis generell legitimiert und durch die advokatorische Ethik nach Micha Brumlik gerahmt wird. Ein zweiter Schritt erfolgt durch die Hinzunahme der Kategorie der Bildungsgerechtigkeit, wie sie durch Krassimir Stojanov als Anerkennungsgerechtigkeit ausformuliert wurde. Beide Aspekte zusammengenommen ergeben, in einem dritten Schritt, einen weiteren Baustein sonderpädagogischer Ethik. Durch die enge Passung zu Fragen der Erziehung und Bildung unter erschwerten Bedingungen lassen sich abschließend zahlreiche Implikationen für die Pädagogik bei Verhaltensstörungen ableiten.
