Исследования процесса застройки Хабаровска в 1858–1966

Abstract

Работа посвящена анализу городской структуры Хабаровска, формированию районов и способам их связи между собою. В рассматриваемый исторический период (1858–1966) было выявлено четыре градостроительных этапа: военный пост, промышленный этап, советский и социалистический. Каждый из выявленных периодов обладает уникальной моделью развития городской планировки: линейная, регулярная, ландшафтная и радиальная. Первой крупной жилой застройкой был ГУПРовский городок. Строительство Первого микрорайона ознаменовало начало плановой застройки в Хабаровске.
