ULTRASTRUCTURAL STATE OF THE BRAIN LIMBIC-HYPOTHALAMIC STRUCTURES OF RATS WITH STREPTOZOTOCININDUCED DIABETES MELLITUS, COMPLICATED WITH ACUTE CIRCULATORY DISORDERS IN THE BASIN OF THE CAROTID ARTERIES

Abstract

It has been shown that experimental diabetes, complicated with carotid ischemia-reperfusion, significantly exacerbates changes of the structural components of neurocytes and the pericapillary spaces in the limbic-hypothalamic brain structures.
