
The article discusses the automation of the business process of issuing a business trip based on the ECM system of platform solutions Directum using the example of an Russian organization engaged in energy sales activities. The purpose of the article is to design a module that will allow an employee to arrange a business trip without visiting the office, taking into account all the features of the legislative and regulatory framework and the capabilities of the corporate system. The article is recommended to specialists whose work is related to the design of personnel workflow in the company.
