INTELLEKTUAALOMANDI ASSESSING THE RELIABILITY OF STEAM POWER PLANT OF A LARGE SHIP

Abstract

At the conceptual level, the problem of the deconstruction of the telecommunication system, the toto uncharted system of systems (IES), is recognized as the basis for the design of the ship's power plant in the conditions of the pre-gradual swimming. Predbachaetsya, scho IES moe virobljati prognoz mozhlivih situatsі ta spovishchati about them the operator. Takozh system vidstіdkovuє behavior of the operator in this way, shchiobi with active signs yogo nevpevnenih dіy priinyati ogranivinnya na abo wiklikati pіdmіnogo operatora. At the anchor aparatu priinyatty rishen at the IES proponuetsya zastosuvannya nechіtkih Petrі.

На концептуальному рівні розглянуто задачу розробки інтелектуалізовані (нечіткої експертної системи (НЕС)), призначеної для підвищення надійності дії суднової енергетичної установки в умовах тривалого плавання. Передбачається, що НЕС повинна виробляти прогноз можливих ситуацій і повідомляти про них оператору. Також система відстежує поведінку оператора, і при деяких ознаках його невпевнених дій може взяти керування на себе або викликати змінного оператора. Як апарату прийняття рішень в НЕС пропонується застосування нечітких мереж Петрі.
