Study of kinetics of dissolution of combined medicine with nifuroxazide «Diaplant»

Abstract

For confirmation of bioavailability of designed medicine «Diaplant» under in vitro conditions study and comparison of profiles of dissolution of Nifuroxazide with referent medicine “Enterofuril®” (“Bosnalijek”, Bosnia and Herzegovina). It is found that profiles of dissolution of studied medicines are equivalent. The most acceptable for determination of equivalence of kinetic curves of medicines with nifuroxazide is environement of dissolution of borate buffer solution with pH 10.0 without addition of solubilizer. It is found that Plantaglyutsid improves rate of dissolution of nifuroxazide in capsules «Diaplant».

Для подтверждения биодоступности разработанного препарата «Диаплант» в условиях in vitro проведено изучение и сравнение профилей растворения нифуроксазида с референтным препаратом «Энтерофурил®» («Bosnalijek», Босния и Герцеговина). Установлено, что профили растворения исследуемых препаратов эквивалентны. Наиболее приемлемой для определения эквивалентности кинетических кривых препаратов с нифуроксазидом является среда растворения боратного буферного раствора с рН 10.0 без добавления солюбилизатора. Установлено, что плантаглюцид улучшает степень растворения нифуроксазида в капсулах «Диаплант».

Для підтвердження біодоступності розробленого препарату «Діаплант» в умовах in vitro проведено вивчення і порівняння профілів розчинення ніфуроксазиду з референтним препаратом «Ентерофуріл®» («Bosnalijek», Боснія і Герцеговина). Встановлено, що профілі розчинення досліджуваних препаратів еквівалентні. Найбільш прийнятним для визначення еквівалентності кінетичних кривих препаратів з ніфуроксазидом є середовище розчинення боратного буферного розчину з рН 10.0 без додавання солюбілізатора. Встановлено, що плантаглюцид покращує ступінь розчинення ніфуроксазиду в капсулах «Діаплант».
