Abstract

У статті на основі наукових поглядів учених досліджено теоретичні підходи щодо тлу­мачення поняття «підзаконний нормативно-правовий акт». Наголошено, що важливим складником системи джерел трудового права України виступають підзаконні норматив­но-правові акти, які приймаються центральними органами виконавчої влади. Доведено, що, говорячи про підзаконні нормативно-правові акти центральних органів виконавчої влади як про структурні елементи системи джерел трудового права, варто мати на увазі таку їх форму, як наказ.
