Abstract

В крови, полученной от 90 больных неактивной аденомой гипофиза, установлено высокое содержание маркеров апоптоза — р53, Bcl-2 и ФНО-α. Каберголин, назначаемый в больших дозах, эффективнее и раньше восстанавливал маркеры апоптоза в крови больных, чем тот же препарат, назначенный в малой дозе.
