Пути повышения эффективности интенсивной терапии у пациентов с острым панкреатитом

Abstract

С целью оценки эффективности препарата этилметилгидроксипиридина сукцинат в объеме интенсивной терапии острого панкреатита обследовано 12 больных. В зависимости от вида терапии больные были разделены на 2 группы. В основной группе применялся этилметилгидроксипиридина сукцинат на протяжении 7 суток лечения. Больные были обследованы клинически, инструментально и лабораторно. В исследовании доказано, что использование этилметилгидроксипиридина сукцината в составе интенсивной терапии острого панкреатита обеспечивает сокращение длительности панкреатогенной токсемии на 2 суток, эффективную регидратацию в течение первых 2 суток терапии; быстро стабилизирует цитолиз и ограничивает деструктивные процессы поджелудочной железы, что уменьшает проявления органной дисфункции.
