Учет дисперсного состава вдыхаемой фракции и закономерностей аккумуляции аэрозоля в различных отделах дыхательного тракта при расчете доз внутреннего облучения

Abstract

C целью учета влияния распределения частиц газоаэрозольного выброса по размерам диаметров на ингаляционную дозу облучения выполнена модификация модели внутреннего облучения от ингаляции, рекомендованной МКРЗ, в части учета вероятности перехода аэрозольных частиц из вдыхаемого воздуха в различные отделы дыхательного тракта. На основе модифицированной дозиметрической модели выполнена модернизация компьютерной программы RADRISK («ОИЭЯИ – Сосны» НАН Беларуси), выполняющей расчет атмосферной диффузии радиоактивной примеси и оценку доз облучения населения. Методом имитационного моделирования дисперсного состава радиоактивного аэрозоля, поглощаемого при вдыхании, а также статистических характеристик частиц, осаждаемых в различных отделах легких, выполнены расчеты ингаляционной дозы облучения населения.
