Abstract

Эффективное управление развитием хозяйственно-политических процессов в национальной экономике сегодня возможно на основе принципов ее цифровизации. Германия реализует инициативы в сфере дигитализации в рамках государственно-частного партнерства в начала 2000-х годов, результат накопленного опыта отразился в стратегии «Индустрия 4.0». В России программа «Цифровая экономика Российской Федерации» была принята в 2017 г. Автор приходит к выводу, что потенциал дигитальной кооперации и активизация сотрудничества России и Германии позволит ускорить процессы применения современных цифровых технологий в развитии национальных экономик и сферы государственного управления.
