The article discusses interrogation as a special form business communication. The author analyses some of the factors that should be taken into consideration at interrogation and conflict prevention. In addition to the age-related psychological characteristics of interrogation and procedural characteristics, the author considers such factors as the presence of the family relationship between the participators in a crime, their gender characteristics, the presence of alcohol or drugs at the time of the offense, the relationship with the victim and other factors that influence this investigative action as a special form of business communication.
