Сучасне уявлення про роль мутацій протеїнів сурфактанту в формуванні інтерстиціальних захворювань легень у новонароджених і немовлят

Abstract

У статті наведено сучасне уявлення про компоненти сурфактанту, функції несироваткових протеїнів ­SP-A, SP-B, SP-C і SP-D. Описана історія відкриття спадкових дефіцитів протеїнів SP-B, SP-С та ABCA3. Авторами проаналізовано сучасну епідеміологію, клінічні та гістологічні особливості різних варіантів недостатності білків сурфактанту. Продемонстровано різні варіанти мутацій SFTPС, SFTPВ і ABCA3 та їх вплив на перебіг, клінічні прояви і наслідок інтерстиціального захворювання легень у дітей.
