Abstract

Представлены модельные характеристики показателей соревновательной деятельности женщин-спринтеров различной спортивной квалификации. Изучение и разработка модельных характеристик соревновательной деятельности бегуний на 400 метров на соревнованиях в помещении позволят диагностировать сильные и слабые стороны соревновательной деятельности и физической подготовленности бегуний, повысив тем самым целенаправленность и эффективность спортивной подготовки женщин-спринтеров различной квалификации.
