Software ist für die Leistungserbringung moderner Organisationen von zentraler Bedeutung. Unternehmen können ihre eigene individuelle Software entwickeln oder aber auf eine Standardsoftware zurückgreifen. Johannes Sonnenholzner zeigt in sieben Fallstudien aus der Energiewirtschaft, wie Organisationen die Möglichkeiten zwischen Individual- und Standardsoftware für sich nutzen.
