Researches of different histogenesis brain tumours cells sensibility to the apoptosinducting factors effect

Abstract

The state of appoptosis and vitality of various genesis primary tumours, received after surgical intervention, are investigated. Largest apoptosis index was found at meningioma, and the smallest — at medulloblastoma. Different tumours sensibility to the lymphocytes cytotoxic effect was fixed, that shows different expression of Fas-receptors on these tumours cells. Refractory appeared in cells of glyoblastomas and medulloblastomas.
