Improvement of strength calculation of steel-concrete pontoon of composite floating dock

Abstract

Дана характеристика расчетных схем проверки общей продольной прочности композитного плавучего дока в соответствии с требованиями нормативных документов. Проведено исследование напряженно-деформированного состояния железобетонных плит понтона композитного плавучего дока с применением программного комплекс COSMOSWorks. В расчетах прочности плит стапель-палубы и днища использована уточненная, по сравнению с ранее применяемыми, расчетная схема, учитывающая работу арматуры обоих направлений. Результаты расчетов понтона дока подъемной силой 25000 т показали возможность уменьшения диаметра арматуры по сравнению с проектной, что приведет к существенному снижению металлоемкости железобетонных конструкций понтона и, соответственно, себестоимости дока.
