Handreichung Reflexionsimpulse im Bildungsweg-Coaching der studienintegrierenden Ausbildung (siA). Standort Hamburg

Abstract

In der studienintegrierenden Ausbildung an der Beruflichen Hochschule Hamburg (BHH) werden die Lernenden durch ein Bildungsweg-Coaching begleitet, welches genau auf die Bedarfe einer Ausbildung an drei Lernorten (Hochschule, Betrieb, berufsbildende Schule) abgestimmt ist. Die wesentlichen Elemente des Bildungsweg-Coachings (Einführungsveranstaltung, Coaching-Gespräche und Reflexionsimpulse) werden in drei Handreichungen fundiert beschrieben und ihre Umsetzung anhand von Praxis-Beispielen und Coaching-Methoden präsentiert. Die vorliegende Handreichung widmet sich dem Thema Reflexion und Selbstreflexion. Es wird beschrieben, wie die Lernenden schrittweise mit Hilfe von Methoden an die (Selbst-)Reflexion herangeführt werden und wie es gelingt diese Kompetenz weiter zu entwickeln. (DIPF/Orig.)
