Логiстичний пiдхiд до диспетчеризацiї матерiальних потокiв ГВС

Abstract

Робота присвячена аналiзу методiв диспетчеризацiї матерiальних потокiв. Були розглянутi iснуючi методи диспетчеризацiї матерiальних потокiв як пiдзадачi оперативно-диспетчерського управлiнняв гнучких виробничих системах (ГВС), а саме: теорiю масового обслуговування, теорiю маркiвських та напiвмаркiвських процесiв, апарат процесних алгебр, зокрема, min/max алгебру, апарат класичних i модифiкованих сiток Петрi. Серед логiстичних методiв диспетчеризування матерiальних потокiв в ГВС були розглянутi наступнi методи: управлiння матерiальними потоками “точно, своєчасно”, управлiння виробництвом KANBAN, планування та оптимiзацiя виробничих процесiв, система планування виробничих ресурсiв. Також розглядалися особливостi пiдходу логiстичних систем до диспетчеризування матерiальних потокiв. Проведений порiвняльний аналiз систем диспетчеризування матерiальних потокiв i логiстичних систем, в результатi якого, було констатовано схожiсть систем на формальному рiвнi.
