Bullöse Mycosis fungoides – ein klinischer Indikator für einen aggressiven Krankheitsverlauf

Abstract

ZusammenfassungDie Mycosis fungoides (MF) ist das häufigste kutane T‑Zell-Lymphom (CTCL). Die bullöse Form gilt als eine ihrer zahlreichen Varianten. In der Literatur sind nur wenige Fälle dieser seltenen Entität beschrieben. Wir berichten von einem männlichen Patienten mit fulminantem Verlauf einer bullösen MF, die aufgrund der infausten septischen Gesamtkonstellation innerhalb weniger Wochen zum Exitus letalis führte.
