ОСОБЕННОСТИ ИММУНОКОРИГИРУЮЩЕЙ ТЕРАПИИ РЕЦИДИВИРУЮЩИХ ГЕРПЕТИЧЕСКИХ ПОРАЖЕНИЙ РОГОВИЦЫ

Abstract

В работе представлены данные динамического наблюдения за 67 больными с герпетическим поражением роговицы. Длительность заболевания составляла от 10 месяцев до 5-8 лет (4,2 ± 0,9 лет), частота рецидивов от одного до пяти в год(2,3 ± 0,8). У пациентов наблюдались поверхностные и глубокие формы поражения роговицы.В работе представлена клиническая картина поражения роговицы. Отмечены особенности течения кератоувеита. Применение препарата Неовир приводит к достоверному росту факторов местного иммунитета глаза (секреторного иммуноглобулина А, лизоцима в слезе), что дает право применять его в комплексной терапии не только вирусных инфекций, но и бактериальных инфекций глаза. На основе данных иммунологического исследования доказана целесообразность использования препарата неовир в комплексном лечении рецидивирующих форм герпетического поражения роговицы
