PlaUsiBel lehren und lernen

Abstract

Planung, Umsetzung und Bilanzierung von Lehr-Lerneinheiten bilden den Kern von PlaUsiBel. Der didaktische Ansatz greift interdisziplinär vorliegende Erkenntnisse aus Theorie und Praxis auf und bereitet sie anwendungsorientiert für Fachkräfte im Berufsbildungsbereich von Werkstätten auf. An bundesweit zwanzig Standorten wurde PlaUsiBel in der Praxis erprobt. PlaUsiBel bietet Fachkräften in Werkstätten, aber auch an weiteren Orten der beruflichen Rehabilitation ein didaktisches und methodisches Grundwissen sowie eine Planungsstruktur zur Gestaltung von Lehren und Lernen. Damit leistet der Ansatz einen Beitrag zur Sicherung beruflicher Teilhabe von Menschen mit Behinderungen. Der Band berichtet die Ergebnisse des Forschungsprojekts 'Gute Bildungspraxis: Handlungsempfehlungen zur methodischen Gestaltung Beruflicher Bildung in Werkstätten' (GuBiP). (DIPF/Orig.)
