Abstract

Цель. Совершенствование методики оценки эффективности действий должностных лиц временного штаба управления ликвидацией аварийного разлива нефти в море. Методы. Общенаучные методы исследования: анализ и синтез, сравнение и обобщение; метод критического пути. Результаты. Внесены изменения в методику оценки эффективности действий должностных лиц временного штаба управления ликвидацией аварийного разлива нефти в море, приведены результаты ее апробации при проведении учений. Область применения исследований. Результаты работы могут быть использованы в практической деятельности при управлении аварийно-спасательными службами Министерства по чрезвычайным ситуациям Азербайджанской Республики в военное время.
