ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ МИКРОВОЛН ДЛЯ РАЗЛОЖЕНИЯ ПИЩЕВЫХ ПРОДУКТОВ ПРИ ОПРЕДЕЛЕНИИ ТЯЖЕЛЫХ МЕТАЛЛОВ МЕТОДОМ АТОМНОЙ АБСОРБЦИИ

Abstract

На примере исследования молока, мяса, яйца и подсолнечного масла на содержание токсичных элементов кадмия, свинца, меди, цинка, железа, олова, с использованием микроволнового излучения в процесс подготовки проб для анализа методом атомной абсорбции. Метод минерализации с использованием микроволнового воздействия был сопоставлен со стандартной методикой мокрого озоления. Показано что время полного озоления в случае применения микроволнового излучения сокращается в среднем в 5 раз по сравнению со стандартной методикой. При этом глубина озоления соответствует стандартной методике. Кроме этого появилась возможность уменьшить навеску анализируемого образца в 15-25 раз. Таким образом, комплексная оценка возможности и эффективности применения микроволного излучения при минерализации образов молока, мяса, яиц, подсолнечного масла показывает его перспективность и эффективность.
