The article deals with the ecological state of the Korop territorial community, analyses the main factors affecting the environment, and proposes measures to ensure sustainable ecological development of the community. The article assesses the climatic conditions, water resources, soil cover, forests and protected areas. Particular attention is paid to the problems of household waste management, soil degradation due to uncontrolled use of fertilisers and the need to renew green spaces. Recommendations for raising the environmental awareness of the population, developing green infrastructure and modernising the waste management system are proposed.
