The methodical approach to assessing the effectiveness of the marketing logistics system functioning at pharmaceutical enterprises

Abstract

Aim. To develop the methodological approach to assessing the effectiveness of the marketing logistics system functioning at a pharmaceutical enterprise. Materials and methods. The methods used in the study include methods of analysis and synthesis, generalization, as well as economic and mathematical ones.Results. The management issues of pharmaceutical enterprises have been analyzed, and the unresolved problems of the issue under research have been determined. Methods for assessing the effectiveness of the logistics system functioning have been studied. It has been determined that the logistics chain in the pharmaceutical sector is aimed at changing the way partners interact in logistics processes. The costs associated with the marketing logistics of a pharmaceutical company have been studied. The methodical approach to assessing the effectiveness of the marketing logistics system functioning at a pharmaceutical company has been proposed. The approach to calculating the effect of creating a marketing logistics system at a pharmaceutical company and the costs associated with its logistics activities has been proposed. Conditions for creating the marketing logistics system at a pharmaceutical enterprise have been formed. The advantages of introduction of the modern marketing logistics system in conditions of the pharmaceutical enterprise are given. Conclusions. The methodological approach proposed to assessing the effectiveness of the marketing logistics system at a pharmaceutical enterprise has undoubtful advantages: it has a certain flexibility, allows you to take into account various factors characterizing the functioning of each separate division of the logistics system (both internal and external), and compare the options for the created or an improved logistic system (in terms of structure, composition and modes of operation).
