
The pandemic raised ethical, social, political, and anthropological issues that were much discussed by experts as well as the general public because Covid-19 impacted all individuals, their communities and countries, and world as a whole. The special issue collects articles where authors reflect on ethical paradigms at stake, the role of digital technologies in and for healthcare, the contribution of spirituality and religion during this period, and the relevance to develop a global social health, considering some main lessons learned.
