Abstract

В последнее десятилетие проявилась тенденция к увеличению количества фундаментальных и прикладных исследований в рамках концепции стресса – неспецифической реакции организма на действие различных раздражителей. В этой монографии представлены данные о влиянии окислительного и иммобилизационного стресса на биохимические показатели миокарда, сыворотки крови, а также на вазоконстрикторные и вазодилатационные эффекты перфузируемого фрагмента аорты лабораторных крыс. Книга предназначена для студентов и научных работников-физиологов, патофизиологов, биохимиков и фармакологов, а также может быть полезной для преподавателей медико-биологических специальностей и учителей средних учебных заведений.
