КЛИНИЧЕСКИЙ СЛУЧАЙ: ИННОВАЦИОННАЯ ФАРМАКОТЕРАПИЯ САХАРНОГО ДИАБЕТА 2 ТИПА. ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТЬ И БЕЗОПАСНОСТЬ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ КОМБИНАЦИИ САКСАГЛИПТИНА И МЕТФОРМИНА (КОМБОГЛИЗ ПРОЛОНГ ®)

Abstract

В статье представлено новое направление в сахароснижающей терапии, предполагающее использование новой эффективной комбинации саксаглиптина и метформина модифицированного высвобождения - комбоглиз пролонг®. Раскрыты основные патогенетические аспекты использования этой комбинации лекарственных средств. Показана перспектива клинического использовния комбинации саксаглиптина и метформина модифицированного высвобождения с позиции доказательной медицины. Учтена эффективность данной схемы лечения на клиническом примере не только с учетом эффективного гликемического контроля, но и с доказанной кардиоваскулярной безопасностью компонентов.

This article presents a new trend in glucose-lowering therapy that implies the use of a new effective combination of saxagliptin and metformin modified release - kombogliz prolong®. It outlines the main pathogenetic aspects of the use of this drug combination. The prospects of clinical ispolzovniya combination of saxagliptin and metformin modified release from the position of evidence-based medicine. Noted the effectiveness of this regimen in the clinical example, not only taking into account the effective glycemic control, but also with proven cardiovascular safety components.
