The actual problem of restorative neurosurgery — the apallic syndrome (AS) surgical treatment was reviewed. Our country and abroad experience of these patients surgical treatment is given. The authors pay attention to the embryonic neural cell transplantation new methods in order to activate reparative system of the brain and cell reconstruction of damaged region of the brain.
